This is our machining area. We have CNC lathe, milling machine,
press machine, drilling machine, Hydraulic press machine. All these
production equipments give us the flexibility to make the products
for different material or industries. |

Cleaning: cleaning line design by ourselves combine PLC control
and the rule of machine transmission to build up this ultrasonic
cleaning line.

Packing: we have 4 production lines in this area with different
function for visual inspection, packaging and assembly. |

Production supermarket: Send the products to finished goods store
area after packing and put them on Kanban. All customers feedback
will reflect on the Kanban system. The finished goods Kanban is
linked with the casting Kanban to build up JIT system and that¨s how
we present the on time production procedure. |
